  2. Hi Arpee,What is the best way to recover my money Ph145,000. They cotunine to ignore my severalrequests for a refund as they violated my card details. My bank replaced my card as a result of 3 unauthorised debits from unknown individuals or entities. I knew it was them because I only used my card once in Manila. I have written to the Insurance regulators in Manila who asked them to respond but to this date I have not heard from them as well. I am happy to pay someone who help me recover my money. Pls send me an email if you require other details.
